    What to do, What to do?????

    Ok here is the skinny. After opening all my packs, selling all the cards I have accumulated nearly 100,000 stubs.

    Carryover franchise already has nearly 300M in the bank already. not really a need to dump nearly 400 more million into that franchise.

    As I am NOT a card collector in this game I need something to do with my stubs. Can't just let them sit there useless.

    been thinking about starting up a new franchise. Again I have a few ideas who I might go with. However, do I do whatever team I choose as a straight franchise or fantasy draft?


    My thoughts on teams are this...

    Miami (kinda my go to NL team)

    Washington (love the stadium)

    Cincinnati (Ballpark)

    Arizona (Ballpark and uniforms)

    San Diego (stadium, Uniforms)

    Oakland (favorite team)

    Texas (uniforms and stadium)

    Minnesota (Ballpark, Uniforms)

    Baltimore (Stadium)

    Astros are possible as well.

    part of me wants to play as a strong team that I really don't have to struggle too much to get them to the promised land.

    that would put the Phillies, and Mets also into contention...

      plenty of unlockables like stadium sounds to spend'em on. Or...
      what about Road to the Show? tons of goodies for RTTS

          I vote fantasy draft San Diego. Lot's of great uniform choices, decent park, and I love me some fantasy draft, especially as an secondary franchise.

              Join the club. I drove myself crazy last year trying to chose a team since I am tired of playing in the A's park. I started franchises with Seattle, San Diego, Colorado, Milwaukee, Pittsburgh and Arizona but could never get hooked or would find a reason to start over. Before I knew it It was winter and I had nothing to show for all the hours I played.

                  well, I forgot about the market place. I will look into that... as for RTTS..... not really a fan... strictly franchise play every inning guy here...

                      I too struggle with this...I always have my main franchise, which is the L.A. Dodgers. But, I always want a second franchise which leads me to the struggle of trying to decide if I want to do a fantasy draft, start a franchise with a team that is at a low level and needs a lot of work, or just pick a franchise that has the colors and stadium that I love....always a difficult decision, and then I end up trying all of them and never finish them. The only thing I DO stick to is with my Dodgers franchise...lol. Oh well, the best thing is that this is a game and we can start any franchise that we want, as many times as we want

                      I would say, go with Cincinnati or Baltimore

                          I was this until this year but I found playing a series with my RTTS second basemen has really helped me with this same issue. I would always go back and forth about what to do, but so far this year I have played my franchise after completing a series in RTTS and it makes me enjoy and focus on my franchise more.

                              Two team fantasy franchise. One in the NL and AL. It gives you the option to always have a trade partner and use NL and AL strategy plus play in all the ball parks. You also can play CPU games and try to beat your playoff competitor.
                              Steelers, Penguins, Penn State, Pirates, Red Sox, Manchester United.
