Have you guys signed Durant or Irving during 1st offseason in MYLEAGUE?

They never signed with me, and how about you guys??

I am just testing it using different teams, is there a way to have them on my team? Like does the player's playing style and my teams' playing style have to be matched (5 stars?) to increase the chance?

    Thanks.

Most of the time, highly rated players will only sign with your team if you are a championship contender (meaning your team has a bunch of high overall rated players) or if you have a great amount of young players with high potential. Because it's hard to free up cap space and also have a bunch of high overall players, your best bet is to stockpile young talent that can be assembled with small, rookie scale contracts.

Example: I use the "start in offseason" option for MyLeague, and LeBron and KD are free agents. The only way I can sign LeBron, for example, is to get enough cap space to offer him as much money that is maximum. To do that, I need to to make sure I have a bunch of young, high potential players, and at least $36 million available in cap space.

Here is what I did (using the Celtics as an example).
    1) Traded Kyrie to the Suns for draft picks (including the #4 overall pick) and Hayward, Horford, Yabusele, and two draft picks to the Pacers for for Oladipo and Turner.

    2) Traded Rozier and Ojeleye to the Knicks for #9 pick, and Morris, #27, Nader, and another pick to the Bulls for #7.

    Drafted
    #4 Trae Young
    #7 Mo Bamba
    #9 Jaren Jackson Jr.

    3) Traded two future 1sts for Justise Winslow, and sent Theis and 2nd round picks to Houston for a future 1st.

Roster I assembled that would allow me to lure a player like LeBron or KD:
    Victor Oladipo
    Myles Turner
    Jayson Tatum
    Jaylen Brown
    Trae Young
    Mohammed Bamba
    Jaren Jackson Jr.
    Justise Winslow
Marcus Smart (re-signed in FA along)

They all have high a high enough OVR or have enough potential that LeBron or KD think the team will be contending for years, and will sign if I offer them as much as I can.

    Other tips that will help:
    - Offer the player option
    - Offer the no-trade clause
(Both of these will increase your chances of getting them to sign)

Signed them both to the knicks after the first year to see if I could do it.

Then I erased that franchise and built through the draft.

What were the exact contract structures that you used to snag them precisely?

Durant joined my 76ers. I had a strong starting 4 around him with a huge need at SF. It was a perfect fit.
