Longtime FIFA player that skipped this year...Should I buy?
 

Hi guys,

I have been playing FIFA on and off since '06 and have purchased every year since '11 but decided to skip this year because of all the initial negative vibes I was hearing about the game this year.

Anyways, game recently went on sale for $24 bucks and was thinking of picking up. What is your guys opinion of this years game? Is it worth picking up?

I trust the feedback from this site more than anywhere else so any honest input would be much appreciated.

Loved this years game. Champions league addition was great. Gameplay also terrific. But why not wait until the next version at this point?

Thanks for the input guys. I guess I could wait for next years iteration, but it's on sale for only $24 and next years won't be out until late September. I could get a good 3-4 months out of this game.

I am mainly an offline career mode player. So do you guys think this years would strike my fancy? I loved '18 and got a good 6 months worth of gameplay out of it.

I agree with KG. It's pretty bad. Career Mode was untouched and the game-play is awful. Unless you just HAVE to have it, I would pass.

Thanks man. You may have just saved me $25 bucks. Would anyone recommend trying PES then?
