Lack of Powerplays in Franchise
 

I have CPU penalties set at 75 and was receiving 2-4 PP's per game. However, in 5/6 of my last games I have not gotten any powerplays.... Is there a fix?

I think my CPU penalties are at 95 with tuner 1.01 and period length at 5. I see about 2-4 a game, and usually my CPU takes one a game as well despite being at 0 lol...
