Madden 20 Pre-Orders & Shipping
 

I was thinking of putting in my pre-order for the Superstar Edition of Madden 20 online. I need my 3 days of early access!! My question is, who has the most reliable shipping for release day, based on your experience?

I was thinking of doing it through Best Buy as I've always had a great experience with electronics there, plus their trade in deal is pretty good. Has anyone gotten true release day shipping with Best Buy?

Is there anyone better? Amazon? Walmart? Target? GameStop, etc.?

If you want it on release day, best bet is to go digital. Unlocks right at midnight. No worries of something happening and it coming late.

I'd rather pay $30 and wait for a few hours.

I'm grandfathered into Best Buy's gamer program until next year so I get 20% off, minus $8 for Madden and $10 off promo.

You don't get to do that with digital. Ever.

You're so lucky so still have the gamers unlocked memebership. They cancelled the program right before I was due to renew it, ugh... If I would have known I would have renewed it sooner to still be locked in to it.

If your not worried about having the disc, digital is the way to go. There is no wait. Some people like having the physical disc still though, so whatever floats your boat. Or your chair.

Just tossing this out there, unsure of its significance- bought Madden 20 on xbox one about 10 days ago and my card was just charged this morning. Not sure if there's a reason for that one way or another, but it's interesting.

Same situation here. I think it may have been a window for cancellation? I recall a message in reference to the delay in billing but cannot say for certain the reason.
