Yes there's one called Madden Amp at https://www.footballidiot.com/forum/viewforum.php?f=115 . Hopefully it gets updated for Madden 20.

It was originally built for modding Madden as old as '06 IIRC correctly. It was an insanely valuable tool for us in the Madden 08 PC community that kept the game alive on that platform until Madden made its return for 19.

Madden AMP hopefully will get updated to support Madden 20. It was updated last year to support Madden 19 since it was the first PC version since 2008 which is the last version that AMP supported until its original programmer Stingray on FBIdiots updated it. I'm not sure how long it will take to get an update though as Stingray said last year he wasn't going to update AMP anymore after his last release for Madden 19 in March of this year.

Another person (Cursive) took his source code though since Stingray made it open source and did a couple more updates earlier this year. Not sure if that person will continue to update it for Madden 20 or not. Keep an eye out over here on these forums for it.

I provided one of the long time mod members there with the 2020 roster today so I believe he plans to look it over and see if he can ID the differences in the roster files between 19 and 20. I know they change a few fields and also added the whole Superstar and XFactor stuff so I'm sure that made a lot of changes to the DB that the M19 editor could not account for.
