I literally cannot believe we have could have two wrestling games and only one NHL, NFL and MLB game.

Hilarious.

The only surprising thing about this announcement is the timing I think. The writing was on the wall that a change was coming

Closer to 30 years, but yeah. Yukes and 2K definitely did not invent quality rasslin' games.

Will 2K put out games closer in quality to NBA 2K?

Or will Yukes now show their potential without WWE?

I never got into the WWE games too much.* I never really invested the time to get into the controls so this is a complete outsider's opinions.* I wonder if it was a lot more cost effective to use VC.* With Take Two, though, you never really know where their heart lies.* I wonder if they're going to rely so heavy on virtual currency that it will scare off the fan base.* I can't imagine there are a lot of WWE players who want to pay 2 dollars for a suplex.
