I like the changes some might say they didn't go far enough but based on the previous "changes" I'd say these are very good. It's a good start to build on and if they continue to acknowledge CM in the coming years. The community shouldn't let up though and should continue to express the need for further changes.

Sure, they left out a lot of stuff that I'd like to see, but I'm really happy with some of the changes. The CPU finally fielding their best 11 is HUGE for me. It's been so annoying having to do a ton of editing before starting a Career Mode so that I can get teams to use their real lineups. Hopefully, that will be unnecessary, this year, or at least not AS necessary. Love being able to turn off those stupid International job offers, too.

Still not great, but I'm content with this. If they've finally fixed the starting lineups thing, that alone will be huge.

I really like what has been added. I give the info a B+. I'd give it an A+, if they mention more countries to send youth scouts. I've waited years to send a scout to Wales, Iceland and other places.

I will be satisfied with what they added, but disappointed if it doesn't work as advertised. Sad to have an outlook like that, but I've been burned by "EA pre release hype talk," in years past.

Alright... I like it. A lot.

Added an option to disable International Management job offers at the start of a new career.

Sweet, but can you PLEASE add an option to disable coach firings? Like you can in every other EA Sports game? Please? Pretty please?

I hope there´s a point of buying older than 30 year old players ,not that at the age of 32 your player declines -10 on all physical stats in one year..ridiculous.Im pretty sure they haven´t touched the sim engine for ages,same scorelines all the time,so predictable,going 2:0 you know you will never loose the game etc.

Not bad changes imo. However, I still don't understand why the cpu team can't adopt their line up i.e. if they buy a second world class striker and they played 4-2-3-1 before they will still play the same formation afterwards instead of a 4-4-2.

The changes are great and I will be buying this year.

I imagine you all agree with me that I just wish this level of change was consistent year to year. if it had been we'd be in really good shapre this year.

But knowing EA they wont touch career mode for at least 2-3 years now.

I've pounding the table for dynamic potentials forever.

I remember using like a 58 overall with a 65 potential, scoring a goal a game and then seeing nothing change.

It's just not how real life works. You should be rewarded for performing. Period.

Hands down my favourite addition.

Excellent new stuff, for sure a day one buy for me this year. Excited to see what new leagues they might add. Hopefully Cincinnati FC is in this year.

One question for everyone please, this is my first year playing. Could Someone explain this feature.

"-Increased the initial Composure attribute values for generated youth players and redistributed weights for player growth between physical, mental and skill attributes to allow for more physical growth."

Is this a good feature, what will this help with the youth players. I filled a team with youth players this year and they really played bad to me compared to real guys. Will this help? Wonder if anyone really uses these youths

This fix alone should make it fun for people who like the challenge of brining a lower league side into the Premier League without being forced to basically sign a new starting XI.

This and (fingers crossed) opponents actually starting their best players have the potential to be huge changes for this year's Career Mode. I enjoyed FIFA 19, but my interest in it died off a bit earlier than usual. I'm pumped for FIFA 20 now.

Exactly. I already know I'm going to run through a few years at least with Dortmund, but after that I want to go delve into a young lower tier team and try and turn them into a dynasty. Having young studs perform and grow together should be exciting!

Last part of the puzzle is to get consistent gameplay. It was so frustrating to have my players out of nowhere move like they had an infinite speed boost or suddenly go dumb and forget how to make a simple back pass regardless of ratings. I played a ton of 19 and that was a game that at its' best could be described as all over the place.

Getting correct youth ethnicity is something that i'm really excited about though. I wanted to start a J or K league CM for some variety but getting YA propsects that looked like he was from Sweden with the name Kubo Yamamoto was so immersion breaking.

I'm in for FIFA 20. Hopefully everything comes together so we can get some fun and positive threads going.
