NBA 2k16 was removed from my Xbox one and the digital store
 

It's not in the store,. And I can't even find it in my digital downloads. It's like it never existed. When they remove it from the store does it become unplayable??

I had it on my dash . Had it for years. Thought maybe I deleted accidentally,. Went to store , typed in nba 2k16 and zero results. 17 , 18 and 19 are they one ones I can buy or redownload.

The conspiracy guy in me says 16 was the best and keeping it in the store loses sales on new 2k games.

I just checked the Xbox app on my phone too. Was def removed from the store

Still available on my PS4. Oversight on XBOne maybe?

(No, I'm not going to re-download it fully. Just showing that it's possible right now)

Edit: Clarification - it's not in the store itself and you couldn't purchase it new now. But it was in my download history/library and as such I'm able to do what you see in the screenshot. In other words, they aren't taking away what I already own, which is what I assume the concern is here. P.T. is still the only thing I've seen get completely pulled off the PS4 servers and made un-downloadable.

It's been gone for a while. I created a similar thread like 2 to 3 months ago. There's no point in calling customer support, because it's not like they have the ability to put the game back in the store.

I tried that, and it wasn't in my download history. Only the "pre-order version" was in my download history.
