I just finished a roster made up of backup, practice squad, and players that didn't make the 53 man roster. No one is rated over 69 and everyone is 27 yrs old or younger. While not a true fictional roster its the closest thing. Is great for a 32 team rebuild. The file is called NOONEOVER69. Hope you like it.

Some of those players listed are either on different teams or FA.



One player I like to mention is Joey Slye. Panthers already have a good kicker. Slye is absolute lights out. His Kick Power is like 97 or something.

Nate Gerry - LOLB - 67 - Eagles || Dude is insanely fast and instinctive. Had a couple breakout scenarios for him and got him to an 85 in a couple seasons. Young dude too. Excellent choice for a user LB. He can get overpowered in the run game, but his 1st SS ability is secure tackler so he can hold his own for me now.

Brian Burns - LOLB - 80 - Panthers || Not necessarily "underrated" based off of the 80 OVR, but dude is insane. Unblockable when the CPU has him and excellent on the user team as well as an AI rusher. I never user my line so I need guys that can get the job done on their own and he is that type of player. Takes a lot to get him. I traded 2 first round picks and a young, promising LT to get him in my current franchise, but it's worth it.
