After watching some of the video, gameplay is a bonus, I'll be picking this up for the first time.

They made some nice improvements from 17 to 18, so I am excited to see what they have done this year. Personally, I don't care about the facilities management, the practices or the full coaching staff, but the improvements to the scouting and drafting are sorely needed! I hope you can see the career stats of players also (the absence of career stats is a huge strike for a franchise mode). I also hope they tweaked the gameplay to make the completion percentages better match the ratings of the players (considering other factors, like coverage)[in last year's game, it was way too hard to complete passes to open receivers, with high ratings (to both QB and WR)].

This concerns me. I would consider this board one of the largest and most popular sports gaming communities online. For them not to have some representation here seems troubling considering that another independent company(Maximum Football) can make time to communicate with the community here.

IIRC these guys have full time jobs and work on the game in the evenings. I guess it is extremely difficult for them to respond to the community too through all channels.
