I'm new to PC and played 2k19 all weekend. I noticed one thing I feel different is gameplay is better and smarter or am I tripping?

I think the algorithms and calculations being ran in the background for the CPU runs faster on PC resulting in the CPU sometimes choosing to do things they may not do on console due to slower calculations.
This is my best guess because I also felt this way in the past and decided to test it out by turning gameplay speed down in game but using Cheat engine's speed hack to increase the NBA 2K app's speed and it seemed to me the CPU played better to me.
Could have been a placebo affect
