Schemes and Man Defense
 

Hey guys, any suggestions for what I should do with schemes in my franchise? I really want to play a 4-3 defense, but I also want to play primarily man on the corners. But there are no schemes like that. :(

The 4-3 Cover 3 and 4-3 Quarters schemes use the Slot corner archetype, which develops MCV faster than ZCV, and had the added bonus of beefing up run-support stats faster.

Alternatively, just run the scheme you want, and use Man corners anyway. Scheme Fit XP is a pretty trivial amount this year, so you'd be giving up (at the very most) maybe 1 skill point per season.

You don't want to play man. period. unless you like giving up 50 a game.
