Re: left side of time/score bar does not fit the TV sceen
I don't mean this to be snippy, but are you sure it isn't an adjustment? I had the exact same thing happening, which was made worse by the fact that I am pretty manual with my line changes, so I could never see the lines on the left-side popup. I went through all of the settings in my TV menu as well as the PS4 video settings, and nothing changed. Never happened before in any other game but NHL 20. It ended up being in the "view" or "display" button on my actual TV remote...and it turned out that I was on the "zoom" view. I changed that to 'Auto' and it's flawless.
You've probably thought of that, but just a tip in case you hadn't.NHL- Chicago Blackhawks
MLB- St. Louis Cardinals
NFL- St. Louis Rams (RIP)
NCAA- Notre Dame, Arizona State, and Mizzou -
Re: left side of time/score bar does not fit the TV sceen
I had a similar issue where the outside of both sides were cut off so it was hard to see line energy, just with NHL'20.
Already in game mode.
I found if I changed from 16:9 aspect ratio to a setting called just scan it fixed it. It's like NHL'20 is set to zoom in too much at default.Comment

That's not the game, that's your TV. If you're not set to 'just scan' you're getting overscan. Some TVs call it 'per pixel' but it's the same thing.I had a similar issue where the outside of both sides were cut off so it was hard to see line energy, just with NHL'20.
