Rec teammate grade not showing?

Is there a certain amount of games u need to play before teammate grade shows up in the lobby and pregame intros for rec games? I still havent seen it once for anyone on my team but I see it for our opponents.

Also in the lobby it is showing my teammates stats but during intros it says 0.00 for everything................
