Creating a Playbook Question

Can you use a generic playbook like the balanced playbook as the base of your custom playbook or does it have to be a real nfl playbook?

No, unfortunately you cannot use a generic playbook as a base for a custom playbook. File that under yet another thing that you could do several years ago but cannot now.
