Is Face of Franchise broken??

I've just finished my 4th season and , while I have no problem losing, my Defense is historically bad., but makes no sense why.
Im Denver and as an example this last season I went 4-12- finishing last in all D categories. I've been last all 4 years.
Yet...had DPLOY for 3rd straight season. 3 LBs in top 5, again. 2 CBs in top 7 , again. Ratings wise, my D should be near too.

Playing All-Pro and sliders get good results when I'm on Offense.
Extremely frustrating. Have to score 30 to stay in game.

Most of these aspects of the game are broken.

The awards system makes very little sense.

If your defense is bad, the best bet is to slow the clock down if you can get ahead early, or even time it so you have the last possession, you can win via clock management. If you make it a shoot out and then the ball over with a high risk/high reward offense with a low quality defense, you’ll pay for it in the long run

To be totally honest, I am disappointed that people are even playing this mode. This is a mode that no one asked for and no one wanted. But I know EA. Instead of seeing how pointless this mode is, next year they will devote even more resources to it.

So next year, franchise will be barely touched but I guarantee you that this face of the franchise nonsense will be 'new and improved'
