Madden Ratings using Pro Football Focus Grades

I'm not sure if this has been done or not, but I feel if we had a non-biased grading system, based off of actual stats, such as PFF, it would provide us with a better Sim game.

Would anybody be interested in taking on this project with me?

They already heavily use PFF grades as it is
Using them in the way it sounds like ( literally one for one correspondence) sounds appealing, but in reality simply wouldnt work
There are a multitude of problems , from sample size , grading to rating correspondences etc etc

For example I'd assume you would use the final grade from the previous year as your opening day roster ? How do u fit in the rookies ? What do you do after week one when , after one game the ratings would be wildly different etc etc ?

As any roster , however based on data requires subjective input and interpretation of data , whoever is doing it can be accused of bias , as a skins fan any roster I share could as easily be accused of favouring them as any roster made by EA can

Edit : as an example at present skins CB Quinton Dunbar is top of the CB grades ( OVR from the basic package ) is he the best CB in the NFL ?

Did you just say PFF is not subjective? Lol.

No , any grading/ rating system unless entirely based on measurables is to a greater or lesser degree subjective
