In-Game Saves

I'm new to the NHL series. Did the game have any sort of in-game save option? I don't always have time to play a full game all the way through.

Nope. Gotta play less minutes for shorter games.

In Game Save is a very obvious feature.
It's the obvious that EA sports misses.

On the plus side, they put in more rap type music for you to enjoy in the menus.

just put your PS4 into REST mode. It will turn back on to the exact point you turn off

That works, but sometimes when you do that, PS4 decides to kick you out due to an error. I've tried that many times before with NBA 2K and Madden 20
