Hey guys! Been a while.

I am back after taking the 2019 season off. I just recently purchased NHL 20 and immediately started work on my CAPs.

This is even more pertinent as it seems that PetrPuck is no longer doing it.

So far, I have created the players necessary to fill out the first round of the 2020 draft. I know it isn't much, but it's a start!

I assigned players to any team in the game that may have their rights, but ultimately it doesn't actually matter. Eg. Sanderson is assigned to Winnipeg in the WHL, because they have his CHL rights, despite him playing in NCAA.

Future plans:

- automation of the sheet and general clean up.
- more of the upcoming draft.

I have been going through your list, and will definitely be using it as a resource. I imagine I won't do any of the players on AHL contracts, as they will either be there now, or in a roster update soon.

My focus is on leagues that aren't in the game, such as USHL, KHL, VHL, MHL, etc. ESPECIALLY if the players are projected to be elite, like Newhook.

Could you make Connor Bedard ? He is a very hyped prospect for the 2023 draft. I know that’s a long way away, but if there is one guy from that class worth making it is him.

Update 12/10

• Lots of unsigned draftees added.
• Some weirdness with two players I've seen so far: Ian Scott (TOR) and Erik Foley (STL.) Both are on the AHL teams, but both are injured so they haven't actually played a game yet. EA only adds players if they've played a game in a league they have the rights to. Hence, I have created Foley and will be creating Scott, but whenever they come back from IR, they'll be in the game.
• Starting to dig into the future drafts and see who is projected to go high!

Ah, yes! He was actually on the backburner since he is technically on the Marlies roster, he just hasn't played a game this year (apparently he won't play for the entire year due to surgery.)

Sheet has been updated with the top 20 NCAA prospects expected to sign as UFAs. One of them has already signed with Dallas, and another apparently has a verbal agreement with Pittsburgh (just waiting on contract info before I update.) Note that I don't have Appearance info for any of them, so if you're so inclined, go for it.

If you don't want to enter 300+ CAPs yourself, and own Save Wizard, check out this file from my friend al. We collaborated on this (i.e. I made this sheet, he made the characters)

I just bought the game and wanted to give your CAPs a try. in the spreadsheet, it looks like none of the Colorado players have attribute ratings? Is this right? Am I missing something?
