USER CATCHING AND SWITCHING
1. X&O is a ''single no-switch league''. This means that users are NOT allowed to switch defenders from the moment the ball is thrown until it touches the hands of another player, or hits the ground.
2. User catches on offense are NOT allowed unless the ball has been tipped in the air. You should never use the aggressive, RAC, or possession catch buttons at any time.
3. User interceptions should only come from the defender who was being controlled at the beginning of the play, or during a switch during a tipped ball situation.
