Stuttering Fix?

I'm experiencing stuttering in this game despite running around 100FPS on 2K/max details. When I changed to lower graphics and 1080p, frames went up but game played the same. I have a 2070 so should not be having issues like this.

Any ideas what I can do as a fix? The game says as playing as high FPS but the game is not smooth at all. I have no issues with any other game.

the game always starts off with a stutter for me. I always go into practice, shoot a shot and then exit. After that the game plays smooth for me.


I saw someone have a similar issue on console too.
