Kerry Wood Card bs

So to get the Kerry Wood card I HAVE TO play a online game and get a save w/ a cubs reliever. BS! Sony told us to get these rewards it doesn't have to be online that you could do it offline! looks that to be untrue unless someone has more information I dont have.

You can beat Cubs on All Star offline... if I can do it u can lol

Yeah if you don't want to play online and you've done all the moments in the Wood program, just use your DD team in Play vs CPU against the Cubs on All-Star difficulty and you'll finish the program and get him.

Use your 2nd starter because Kyle Hendricks has no control and will walk everyone in your extended family.

No. The moments alone will take you to 42 points if I remember correclty. Then you will only need to do one of the final three options to put you past 50.

I completed this within an hour of it coming out. Missions were super easy, then just beat the CPU Cubs on All Star. Much easier than the Grandy one for me.

Ya I flew through the Woods one in a half hour. I played against the cpu on all star using Hal as my starter. It didn't go well for the Cubs.

i'm not as good as you guys on all star it seems.

I've tried two times and the games have been one run games.

Both times my RF Dunn got under a ball and missed it allowing the Cubs to rally late.

It's been fun though because it's been a challenge against the cpu.

I didnt know the granderson card was offline too vs yanks so will try that after vs cubs.

I am two for two in my games on all star for these two missions. Meanwhile I fail miserably in Showdown which is supposed to be at a lesser difficulty.

lucked out and beat the cubs and yankees to get both cards. took a few times and games were close. in the granderson one, i beat the yankees 1-0 w/ my 8 hitter hitting a hr in the top of the 9th.

Closed it out with Kerry Wood who I just got the game before w/ the cubs.

This reminded me of the offline mlb 17 play 90 cpu teams program which was great fun.

I got the 42 for the moments and then went to conquest mode and beat the Cubs on all star and didnt get the 8. Is there another way? I tried just selecting the mission and nothing hapoened

It has to be in the Play vs. CPU mode, which is on the extended play tile.

I have almost given up on Grandy and IRod ones

I had to step away from the Granderson one😤😤

Just a few homeruns away with catchers to get the Pudge one though.
