I have been able to make some adjustments to make matches so much more competitive and epic
Its a pretty long video so il just make a list of the essentials but I do strongly suggest watching the whole video to see why this is such a good setting to make this game %100 better than what it is

Reveresal Limit: Off
AI Standing Strikes Reversals
AI Standing Grapples Reversals
AI Ground Grapples Reversals
AI Finisher Reversals
AI Foreign Reversals
Referee Down Time
Chain Grapple Wrestling
Standing Strike Reversal
Standing Grapple Reversal
Ground Strike Reversal
Ground Grapple Reversal
Finisher Reversal

ALL ABOVE Set to 100 (MAX)
AI ground Strike Reversal & Squash Match set to 0
Finisher & Weapon Damage Set to 25
Payback 1 recharge set to 50
Payback 2 recharge set to 100
Everything else is down to personal preference.
Now For the Tedious Part
Set Everyones Attributes to MAX. Sounds crazy I know and its a bit of a long process but its so worth it if your looking to have an Epic match with everyone and everytime you play. Otherwise leave a few wrestlers with default attirbutes if you want them weaker
To get even more in depth if you if you really want to fine tune things Set everyones Payback 2 to Resilience and anyone who has Gain One Reversal as payback 1 to Auto Reversal (Seeing as that payback is now reduntant without reversal limit)
Pros:
Every match with anyone is a challenge with lots of back and forth
Lots of finisher kickouts.
Single Matches last at least 8-10 mins and can go on even longer depending on what momentume rate you choose.
Aggresive AI.
Faster Gameplay due to everyones speed attributes being maxed out.
More Arcade style gameplay
Cons:
Its a bit of work lol.
So far I have noticed AI wont do many major reversal but with them reversing so much anyway it kind of balances out.
No Squash matches
