Redshirting a Player
 

I am at the Team Management / Edit Rosters screen. I am using the 2019-2020 roster. Jarek Broussard {Colorado - HB} was preset as a redshirt player.

I want to place a redshirt on Jsi Hatfield {East Carolina - WR} (for example), before I begin a Dynasty. How can I do this, so each time I start a new Dynasty, the player is already a redshirt?

Has to be done through an external editor.

Can you let me know what is an external editor? Is it something I can download, or, is it something that I can buy from Amazon, eBay, etc.?

You'll need a Windows computer and a USB thumb drive. You will also need Brute Force if you are on PS3 or Horizon if you are on XBox 360.
