That's extremely late. Wonder why they pushed it back so far.

Madden has historically released at the end of August, the past two years have been the exception.

M20 got pushed up to coincide with NFL 100 stuff, that pressure isn't there this year. Don't remember why M19 got pushed up.

Not 100% true. It used to (at least starting with 08) actually come out the 2nd week in august up until about Madden 12 whuch was closer to the end of august (the 30th). The next few Madden's came out last week of August. Then a few cam out the 3rd week of august...Then the last two came out much earlier.

It used to be roughly 1 month after the realease of NCAA football...

Fair. It's been inconsistent over the years.

Either way, I assume Tiburon will use the extra two weeks to fix bugs we will ultimately never see because they had time to fix them. I'm enjoying Madden 20 plenty enough still that I can wait. :)
