Madden 2003, issue with the legends cards
 

You know the cards you can get of old time players and they are supposed to go in free agents.

Some of mine don't seem to be in free agents.
I'm aware of clicking on the command to put them there. But that was faded out. Is 5hwre something I forgot? Did they even work? I have Herschel Walker and Bob lilly. But others didn't transfer.
