Basically, the entire roster is just worse. I'm using the updated 2020 rosters and UVA's roster is actually pretty good surprisingly. I want this dynasty to be challenging, so I just went in and lowered everyone's overalls. Everyone's overalls are 77 or lower, except for 5 players who will hopefully be the cornerstones of the team. 2020 Recruiting Rules

1: +2

I am only allowed to offer the amount of graduating seniors PLUS 2. Meaning if I have 15 seniors graduating I can only offer 17 people during the season.

2: Scouting

Can only scout recruits after they've committed to the program. Pretty straightforward.

3: Location Restrictions

Players who are already interested in the program are fair game, I can recruit them freely. Players in bordering/pipeline states can only be recruited if their caliber rating and our team prestige rating match. (Currently 3 Star)
