I think it was a good jump forwards.
People should anyway start ro have rhey own oppinion instead of talking the same smack like some youtuber that has a community and this community just repeating his words.

^Really? Pretty sure there’s far more jumps backward than forward. UI, Ranked, CAFs, Roster, Ground game, Cosmetics.
Forward, I’ll give them Standup and Clinch. Then there’s all the things that were just not addressed which are disappointing. With this game having the longest dev cycle, it just feels lacking in so many areas.

Roughly a C+. That seems like a fair score for where it is right now. Don't forget, you can't post user reviews until 48 Hours have passed on Metacritic...
Because Last Of Us Part 2 got review bombed by the fans of the series, which I believe will be the same case with this game.
Honestly reading the first review of metacritic currently, makes my blood boil:

I mean who in their right mind gave that reviewer a pass to do professional reviews?
It does get better than this, it was better than this 8 years and 1 console gen ago with Undisputed 3.
I am not suprised that all the proffesional reviewers, pay attention to the casual aspects that wear off after a week of playing the game and then the game is dead boring with the new direction it took...
Somehow those reviewers think that a Sports game is a game where you play it for a week then wait for the sequel...Comment

I mean, I know there was a lot of hate early for this game but to be honest it is by far their best outing yet. Some of you guys just had such a negative early impression you want to just hold onto it without even giving the game a chance and playing the release version objectively. The only thing that really bothers me about this game is the caf hair selections, but I even enjoy the balance that the cafs archetype system has and playing them online has been a ton of fun compared to in the past everyone just having some max size, max stats, max strike level absurdity. The gameplay is head and shoulders above the first 3 imo.Comment

I got a question, maybe you can answer for me......is there an option to turn off CAFs in Ranked mode? I thought I read a while back that CAFs were in Ranked mode and you would have to fight them, and then I heard somewhere else that theres an option to toggle the CAFs off in Ranked.Comment

Last of us 2 got review bombed with POSITIVE scores, too. People made accounts just to give the game ratings of 100, and many of thoses same people review bombed Tsushima with scores of 0. The people who gave it low scores generally did so because the game wasn't that good. Not to mention how terribly Naughty Dog behaved the whole time, they made EA look like saints.Comment
