Madden 21 Slider Talk

Hey guys, just wanted a place where we could discuss certain sliders and the common things we are all seeing as we try to get the perfect set.

I am typically an All-Madden player that tweaks things from there to get as much realism as possible. I just feel like the cpu ai is better on All-Madden usually so that is where I'm starting for '21.

So far it looks like pass defense is a little rough on default all madden for the user. Usually the interception slider I feel has a greater affect on coverage than the other two sliders and I'm not sure why... But turning off ball hawk may help to alleviate too many user ints...

Also I turned fumbles up to like 80 for now for both sides. I was testing with the Seahawks and was causing like at least 5 fumbles a game with Bobby and Jamal Adams... It was affecting the outcomes way too much in my opinion... If there was a way to turn off that specific x-factor that causes fumbles all the time only, that would be awesome.

We'll see how the other sliders go as I play more.. What have you guys been seeing?

If you treat it like a video game, just think if Seattle as "The boss level" or the best villain in the game. And so you KNOW to be cautious of them. Makes it kinda fun. It's a video game some things in life aren't fair. It's fine. Sorry for the mini rant, not personal , take care

If you treat it like a video game, just think if Seattle as "The boss level" or the best villain in the game. And so you KNOW to be cautious of them. Makes it kinda fun. It's a video game some things in life aren't fair. It's fine. Sorry for the mini rant, not personal , take care

Yes I really liked Raider Rens All Madden slider set last year.
Would be awesome if he or another could match something like that this year.

Played my first franchise game last night. Close game. Had a hard time stopping even Bridgewater from completing some passes. (83% completion rate) but fun non the less.

Lost because cpu froze my kicker and I botched the kick.

Also, the QB slide is different this year it seems. I tried to hold LT and then tap X but my qb didn't slide and got rocked and fumbled the ball lol Anyone know what they changed it to ?

Has anyone else had much luck slowing down the CPU passing attack on all madden? I want them to feel dangerous still, but maybe at a more realistic rate.

I had a HARD time slowing down CPU passing attack even on All Pro, lol.

Its usually dependent on your pass rush in AM,which can be brutal on default.

Has anyone else had much luck slowing down the CPU passing attack on all madden? I want them to feel dangerous still, but maybe at a more realistic rate.

I just played a half against the colts in my jags franchise, AM difficulty with default sliders to test things out. I had some hot/cold moments while on offense but when the cpu was offense idk it felt too easy, the cpu was being really conservative, dinking the ball off when passing and josh Allen had like 3 sacks in the first half with other pressure against that colts o line. So I don’t know was weird

Play at least 5-10 games to get the feel of how the default sliders are.

I'd say more like 50-100 games to be perfectly honest.

Seasonal momentum can really carry you a while if player confidence gets sky high....likewise, a few early losses and/or injuries can set one back hard core. Plus, games in years 2 and 3 are going to be quite a bit different than year 1.

I think people, in general, get WAY too antsy to change things (especially early on after release).

Anyone running a 32-man league can run this test. Tell the league you dropped RBK slider 2 points. Don't actually do it. Wait for the feedback about how the run game is waaay too nerfed now.
