Fifa 19 for me. Teammate AI is an absolute shambles on 20 and far too buggy. High hopes for Fifa 21 though especially now career mode has finally been given some much needed love

Not had a Beta code for 21 unfortunately. You would like to think with it being last one of current gen they can squeeze everything out the engine and iron out the kinks that plagued 20.

I'd say FIFA 14.

Quality has declined over the years, the current engine is terrible. But if I had to pick from the recent ones, it would be 20 or 18. I dislike 19, to me it is the most arcadey of the generation, the game practically plays it by itself.

For me it is 19. 18 was pretty good to and the World Cup patch was impressive if you like that sort of thing.

I'm with you on 19.

I'd go with 20. AI teammates are frustrating, as mentioned above, but the other aspects of the game are the best they've been in a while imo. I still play it a little even now and I've usually burnt out on FIFA by Easter. The gameplay on 20 feels far more balanced and competitive than others edition imo. The behaviour of your teammates means it isn't massively realistic when you really look closely at the game that's being played, but it feels realistic in a way that other FIFAs haven't.
