I'm not sure it's even possible on consoles until 2k puts it in the game (which I believe they've said isn't happening). Maybe a knockoff version of it, but I don't think you can do the center logo nearly big enough, and I don't think there's a way to have the "Black Lives Matter" across the court like that.
