Finally, just want to say thanks 2K for listening to our feedback and thanks to everyone here who has contributed over the past couple of years. The game could still use some improvements in certain areas, but overall, it's insane how far we've come in such a short amount of time. From the body types to the lighting and more. I'd like to think we played some part in pushing 2K to improve. So, with that being said, here's to a whole new generation of 2K!

NBA 2K21 Next-Gen Art Feedback Thread
Hey everyone, can't believe the next generation is already here! I know the trailer was an early build, but it doesn't hurt to start giving early feedback. Worst case scenario, 2K has already fixed a complaint that someone posts in here. Remember, constructive criticism only. Also, try not to spam the thread with mods unless you add some sort of feedback about what specific improvements you would like to see.

Re: NBA 2K21 Next-Gen Art Feedback Thread
Body types and scale of shoes still look off.
Did notice scrunched arm sleeves which was a nice addition.
No way in hell we are ever getting the ability to add/remove headbands again with what I just watched.
Some players definitely look better than others. Next gen can’t even save porzingis and his face scan. Same with Doncic still not looking right
Would of been good to see some players who are actually playing in the finalsComment

Body types for sure need some lovin. For me it’s that forearm/bicep area that needs to be changed.

It’s either super short torso with massive legs or short stumpy legs with huge torso. They can’t seem to get it right. Players still have no backside/***. I’ve seen a mod that gave one to the Lebron player model and instantly made it look realistic.
When Klay goes up for a jump shot it’s like detail x 1000 on his face and clearly gets less and less as you look down his body.
Definitely an improvement over last gen and still want to see what Lebron etc look like to make final decision but to be honest was hoping for a little more than what was shownComment

Re: NBA 2K21 Next-Gen Art Feedback Thread
Yeah I'm looking forward to seeing what LeBron's player model looks like with these graphics. I am also wondering what the Classic teams and players will look like with this graphics engine. Hoping the Legends and classic teams get the same level of quality and attention to detail. Especially hoping for a more accurate 2007 Cavaliers LeBron and 2013 Heat LeBron player model. Also, I am hoping with the new console's capabilities that they can finally differentiate between the classic LeBron player models. 2013 LeBron looked different than 2016 LeBron and neither of them should be represented by the current Lakers LeBron player model. On a related sidenote, I'm hoping they keep all the LeBron sneakers in the game and add a few more that are missing. It’s either super short torso with massive legs or short stumpy legs with huge torso. LeBron is the same current-gen face according to the video from the new blog post today. Hopefully they update him and others to the best version or newest scan. It’s either super short torso with massive legs or short stumpy legs with huge torso. They can’t seem to get it right. Lol. You all did a great job last time. I was lurking in the other thread, because I was curious what artistic-minded people would see.Last edited by ksuttonjr76; 10-08-2020, 11:38 AM.Comment

Disheartening that they got Steph so right and photo real but did not update LeBron James. Especially while one is sitting at home and the other is one win away from a 4th Championship.LeBron is the same current-gen face according to the video from the new blog post today. Hopefully they update him and others to the best version or newest scan.
