No Commentary Bug

Hey everyone, just a quick question. Has anyone played a game where all the sound worked but there was no commentary? This happened to me a few times on FIFA 20 as well. Any time I restarted the game it would be fixed, but I wanted to see if anyone else has seen this and has a solution.

Not in Fifa, but it happened when I was watching the Virginia Tech vs Miami game Saturday on ESPN! It was the weirdest thing.
