Is there any qb sneaks besides goal line formation?

No, but there is a QB blast play from one of the shotgun formations that works well enough if you have a good rushing QB. I use it with Josh Allen with some success.

There’s also a QB Draw from a 5 wide set that works pretty well. When I want to use it I got o concepts and look through Draws, don’t know the formation.
