mecole hardman vs. Justin Jefferson trade
 

im trying to trade for Justin Jefferson but can't seem to get him.

Both him and Mecole Hardman (who Im trading him for) are 78 rated with star development.. Even adding a late 2nd round pick is not enough to get him (probably an early 2nd and 5th round pick)

why is that? They're literally rated identical in Madden

Question yourself - why would the Vikings trade Justin Jefferson for Hardman and a 2nd?



Jefferson is a first round pick in his rookie season and under contract for 4 years + option. If he doesn't fail completely or have any off-the-field issues, then he won't go anywhere at least for the next 2-3 years.

The Vikings wouldn't do that deal. He was just a 1st round pick with 5 years of team control, basically vs 3 years of Hardman. Rookies are very hard to trade for, as they should be. You will have a better chance of getting him in year 2, in Madden.

based on madden algorithm I assumed bc same rating, same age (Hardman a year older?) it wouldn't be that difficult
