Signing a Veteran in Career Mode
 

I am playing Career Mode with Arsenal and one of the objectives for Brand Exposure is to sign 1 veteran player. Anyone know exactly what this means or who exactly I should be looking to sign? I transferred in a 32 year old David Mcgoldrick and a 32 year old Marcelo and neither of them worked in completing the objective. Perhaps it's a bug?

What I read is that they have to be at least 30 years old and have an overall rating of at least 85. But I'm not sure how true that is.

I think a few of the objectives are probably bugged, especially the signing ones. I have to sign 3 European players. I signed a Belgian player from a German club and it didn't count.

I had the same objective with Arsenal. Signed Christiano Ronaldo and completed the objective

Ronaldo is insanely fun in this game. Dude is a stud and you can get him for like 50 mill after the first season. Dude had the golden boot in the UCL for me at age 38.

Agreed! He’s tearing it up in the PL for me, has like 9 goals in 6 games.

Isn’t helping our cause when it comes to winning as we’re 6th in the league right now. Using Ronaldo is making it all worth it, though.
