I think that "sim" is a cheap word around here, but what I can tell you is that I've spent many hours working out the most realistic franchise sliders and settings that I possibly can. I am only interested in players who both play and manage teams realistically. If you trade players too much, or employ game exploitation tactics then this is not the league for you and I will boot you.
I'll manage the rosters of teams that don't have players to start with. Create your own coach, choose your schemes and then we will do a fantasy draft. I have my settings tuned to 13 minute quarters with accelerated clock tuned so that you feel the pace of the game but still get realistic stats. I have the sliders tuned so that player interaction is as realistic as possible and I am willing to make minor adjustments as needed.
