My friend and I each got our Series X consoles this week, and we've been trying to play NBA 2K21 for most of the day.
We are having a series of weird issues that don't make a lot of sense. Whoever joins the other is unable to change teams or change sides. Only the host can do either. And the host and other person both cannot see what side the other person is in.
The even weirder part is once the game starts, who is controlling which team seems COMPLETELY random. We've tried all sorts of setups, and cannot find a pattern.
If we boot up as him on the left as the Lakers and me on the right as the Bulls, for example, roughly 80% of the time I'll end up as the Lakers and he will be the Bulls.
Anyone experience this? Anyone have any tips? This is bizarre and has killed our enjoyment so far today. Thank god load times are miniscule.
