PC Not seeing Roster on Flash Drive
 

I purchased a Xbox360 S to get some newer rosters . I placed the thumb drive into the PC no roster is visible just a text file called Names.txt

Tried 2 different thumb drives . Horizon shows the folder but my pc does not.
