The Avalanche selected from the Byram Trade Elite Player Andrei Gonchar the Number 5 Pick from the Draft Ranking. Expected Number 6 Pick Right Wing Orlando Manlow was drafted by the Ottawa Senators. Not a bad Draft choice !
