Coach level

What does the actual coach level affect?

I have had a few coaches of different levels on CPU vs CPU mode not sure what the affect it is having on team at all!

I think its based on how many coaching packages you have.

You would think decision making like 4th down tries end of game time keeping at least.

I’m 99% sure that the coach level only affects Fan Happiness. I asked this same question a year or two ago and that seemed to be the consensus. I’ve also never seen anything to make me believe otherwise.

It is meant to be an indicator of your success year to year as it fluctuates at the end of your season each year. It may also serve a purpose in owner mode as mentioned.
