Best freelances for non-mobile power forwards?

I’m an old guy with bad stick skills, so I tend to use offenses like Princeton Chin where I can just settle into a spot and let off-ball motion bring guys open. Princeton works great if I’m trying to run the offense through the Center (so does Philly Elbow), but what if I want to go through a SF or PF without getting into the Pace & Space offenses? The Triangle seems daunting, but is that my best option?

More tangentially, in the freelance descriptions, Princeton Chin is the only one that lists backdoor cuts as one of the action types; what other freelances have significant off-ball stuff going on?

I’m still on 2k20, but I assume the freelances haven’t changed much.

Triangle is your best option, and it's not as bad as it looks. The offense is a lot more annoying next gen as a pure freelance since it's a bit out of whack, but having a 90's Bulls playbook brings it back to normal.

Just get the ball to the wing and wait for the sideline triangle to develop. Then your 4 passing options will be available. Study the branches each option gives you, and you'll learn the offense rather quickly. My personal favorite is when the PF is at the pinch post, then you can do a weakside give & go or pick & roll.

Next gen takes the auto cut away, so the give & go isn't nearly as effective.
