How do you stand up? Also how do you move your head?

I'm guessing you have grapple assist on ?

If I'm right you might want to change this to legacy grapple setting.

If I'm wrong right stick up from sprawl.

Moving your head is done with the right stick.

Look for pryoxis head movement video on youtube very helpful.

Hmmm. I'll check. I tried clicking RS and pushing up from a sprawled takedown stuff. Neither worked. Thanks...

Depending on the position, it's either lb or rb with up on the RS.

Getting up from postured positions is always RB and Up on right stick. Any other position on top is LB and Up.
