MYNBA PS5 injuries

I have yet to see a injury even in simmed games is this common for everyone??

I've had 2 in 50 games. Both to VanVleet. Neither happened in game. I have user injuries at 100 which is troubling.

Same I tuned it to 100 couple games ago still waiting for 1st injury

Always with value set to 100?
2k has always had this problem

I haven't seen any in played games, but I've seen a fair amount in simmed. I was down to 8 guys for a few weeks in one of my MyNBAs.
