MLB The Show 13 Potential Help

so waiting for the show 21
decided to go back and play the show 13
was able to find a good opening day roster here after some digging

my question is how do i edit player potentials ???
wasnt able to find how to do it online

14 (the ps4 version) was the first year potential was editable

damn that sucks
so how did it work like when people created those rosters the players just got random potentials ???

if memory serves, Knight165 used to have a base model of every potential to create players from in the old osfm, and import players 1X1 into his base file
