    How in-depth is hiring and firing a coaching staff or moving up the coaching ladder? Didn't the previous game have none of that ? I'll be more interested if the off-the-field coaching stuff is in the game.

      The incredibly bad sim engine in these games unfortunately make it a non starter for me.  

      They put a new paint job on the ford pinto.

        Situational passing on 3rd down is poor. Too often teams needing to move the chains just run it for more minimal gain and punt their possession away. If you saw these play calls in a real game it would drive you nuts.
