How do you make the ability hidden when creating a player in a roster file?

i dont know if this is in madden 21 but in madden 20 in franchise mode i did an experiment on how to get hidden devs with created players and i had to Put their overall at an 75 and star dev to get hidden dev i will try to find out if this still works
