    This is the respect that 2K Sports has with its customers.

    Guys, in the last 2 months I tried to talk to 2K Sports on several support channels, Twitter, customer service website.

    Anyway, this image I'm going to post below is about what 2K became, a gigantic company that can't look at its customers anymore.

    They tell me to go to the forum to write about my problem. I tried to create TWO USERS with different e-mails, they say they would send a message to validate my registration, 20 hours have passed and no e-mail has arrived!

    This is what this company has become.

    IMPORTANT: For those who say: But all this is just because of the wrong socks and accessories? Well, for a game that puts 10 new caps and hats online every week, why can't I require teams to wear the original colors?

    1) Did you go to the forums as suggested? It's fairly well known at this point that 2k's Support doesn't really actually deal with this sort of feedback, so it would be more likely that attention is drawn to this if you take it there. (Edit: I can't read lol. Try checking spam?)

    2) It may be prudent to state your request a little less aggressively. In the scheme of things, black socks vs blue *is* a pretty trivial matter and definitely not worth going off on some low-level support drone over.

    3) The portion of the dev team that works on uniform and accessory colors is, afaik, separate from the portion of the team that works on clothing for park and the like, so that argument is pretty well a strawman. Accessory colors and park clothing, though in the same game, are technically unrelated matters

      Yeah, there's really no point in contacting 2K support. You better off going to Reddit or coming to OS to voice your concerns. In the grand scheme of things, I really don't even know what's the purpose of the 2K Support Team outside of being a punching bag.

      The comedy in all this is that you basically got copy/paste answers [emoji23].

        If you guys ever wonder why 2K Support isn't effective, it's because 99% of the submitted tickets are clown-**** like this.

        Next time you're going to screenshot your support tickets:
        1. Make sure you have an actual technical issue to report. BUGS. VC ISSUES. SERVER ISSUES. GLITCHES. Not ****ing sock colors.

        2. Make sure they are worded clearly and respectfully with some semblance of professionalism if you want to be taken seriously (i.e. not like a petulant teenager). It ain't a Reddit forum. "Respect" is a two-way street. You expect it, yet give none in return? You're only bringing that energy because you're behind a computer screen and would be meek AF talking about it in person.

        Companies don't care about your Karen energy. You need them more than they need you. A large number of people that say things like "this is what the company has become" tend to not own any mirrors.

          Its because of this type of attitude that companies like 2K get worse year by year.

            Sorry bucko, these responses don't read like "Copy & Paste". The rep took the time to write out his response, and twice directed you to the proper answer.

            That you aren't happy with the result is your own problem. Sorry that your need to vent doesn't seem to be working out any better for you here.

              I'm sorry, but you are the type of person that makes companies like 2k or EA work in a worse way every day.

              I like the game, I have fun with it, now, it is obvious that the art team has had problems for years.

              I tried to contact them in several ways. I did not succeed.

              It is very clear that 2k has no interest in listening this type of problem (offline issues for art) they just want to make updates to the online parts of MY PLAYER and I do not accept this type of attitude.

              Its just about this Bro.

                        I love the game. Now this does not mean that we must remain silent about problems.

                        For me, a game about the current NBA season has an OBLIGATION to match the real colors of the teams. 99% of teams have the wrong colors FOR YEARS!!!

                        Do you talk about updates? They promised several updates of hair and faces, so far, there have been 40/60 updates, 80% of rookies only.

                        LeBron James, the current most famous player in the league, HAS NO UPDATE in his appearance.

                        Guys, it's very simple to understand that 2K DOESN'T CARE about that kind of thing anymore ... they just want to sell content on MY PLAYER and MY TEAM.

                        As I said, I like the game mostly, but I won't be silent about your problems.

                        I showed here that I tried OFFICIAL contact with 2k and companie creates tools to not solve the problem.

                        My ticket was not ABUSIVE or Disrespectful. We have to think that we are the customers, it is not a two-way hand .... we PAY for the game, it is not a Fortnite (free game), its a $ 60 game ... we are entitled to demand certain things.

                        They, as a company, can deny it, of course, but I can complain about it!

                          Putting on my Supervisor of Customer Service hat...

                          They directed you to where you needed to go to voice your complaints. They told you that they don't address these type of "problems", and that they don't pass feedback to the developers.

                          Conversation done in my book.

                          As for the "OBLIGATION" and "entitled" part...please provide supporting documents to validate your claim.

                            If instead of accusing me and defending a company that I think you have no financial participation, you had read my first message carefully, you would see that I tried to enter the 2K forum to do what they asked.

                            I didn't receive an account confirmation email, I tried with a second email, I also didn't receive a confirmation email. In other words, I CANNOT subscribe to the 2K forum, due to some problem with their records ...

                            I will never understand people who choose the side of millionaire companies of which they have no financial participation.
