CPU QB play makes this game so boring
 

Every year the CPU QB play makes this game so boring.

They hardly ever throw deep with fast Dink and Donk passes all game.I don't have to gameplan because I know every team gonna dink it with short passes as if the QB playing hot potato.

I can't imagine the Devs don't ever see this when they play against the CPU. Madden put you to sleep now unless your playing against another user.

..and when they do, they don’t ever “lead” the receiver, it is always a jump ball.

Upgrade to next-gen. They'll take shots downfield, and gamble.

You're of course correct, but I get the feeling that the same thing would still be said anyway.

On next-gen, they do throw deep, but it’s always a late “up for grabs” throw, they never throw deep within 3-4 seconds intentionally leading the receiver.

In general, yes... I wish the AI had different, distinct play style. Funny thing is that 2 consoles ago, they did... a team like Chicago was running the ball St. Louis threw the ball alot.

Playing defense is definitely not as much fun.

It was more prevalent in M21, but in the M22 Beta this is 100% not true.

This is not true on 22. The QB play while still needs work is vastly improved.
